Dear friends,

I have the pleasure to invite you at the most expected Martial Arts event in Romania - JUDGEMENT DAY.

This year we have 416 categories that you can choose from for kickboxing, karate traditional and karate full contact. You can see all the categories in the attachement.

You can participate no matter what style you practice, as long as you can respect the following conditions:

- Sportsman identity card.

- Medical assurance + medical visa

- Both parents and coach agreement (for minors) to enter the competition; for competitors above 18 years there will be required also an agreement for entering the competition signed by the coach and the fighter.

- Mandatory Protection gear: Headgear, Gloves, Mouth-guard, Shin guard, foot protection, Groin protection.

- Mandatory Uniform: according to the rules.

Please take into considerations that you can participate in more than one category: an athlete can compete in his weight category and also in the higher one, and he could fight as well both in semi-contact and light-contact and decide to fight also in kick-light and in the forms. Juniores can fight also in Seniores categories. The only exception is the fighter who competesin K1 can't participate in more weight categories and in other specialities.

The fees for the championship are:

First entry: 15 euro; 2nd,3rd , and so on, entry: 10 euro

Grandchampion categories: 25 euro; team events: 60 euro/team

The fees after the 25th of May:

First entry: 20 euro; 2nd,3rd , and so on, entry: 15 euro

Grandchampion categories: 50 euro; team events: 85 euro/team

Entries must be sent until the 25th of May 2012 for a better preparations. Please respect this.

The payment will be made at the official weight-in or in the following bank account: RO 45 BACX 000 000 300 316 5000 Unicredit Tiriac Bank – SMB (mention for Judgement Day – and also the name of the club).

Will be made on Friday, the 15th of June, from 18.00 to 22.00 at the Rapid Sports Hall.

The entry fee for the spectators will be 10 lei/person/day.

Please nominate at least one referee/judge from your club, who must attend the referee seminar organized before the competition.

Here are the steps for the online registration

It should be easy as 1,2,3...4 to benefit from the website's functionality. If you have trouble with any of the steps below, please contact us.

1 - Creating a new account

The first step towards using the website is to sign-up for an account, using the "Create account" link on the left side of the page. 
This link will lead you to the sign-up form which must have all fields completed to be submitted. 
Pay special attention to the fields : email address and password. The email address needs to be valid !

2 - Activate a newly created account

After the first step, you should receive an activation email on the email account you provided. 
The email contains an activation link which you have to visit, in order to properly activate your account. 
If you don't finish the account activation, you will not be able to login !

3 - Add new fighter

After the first 2 steps, you should be able to login and access the administrative part of the website. 
Using the administrative menu on the left side of the page, you should use "Add fighter" menu, to add a new fighter into your club. 
You should add all the fighters which you want to enroll in a listed competition. 

IMPORTANT: Note that each fighter you added can only be modified ("Club fighters", table column "EDIT FIGHTER" link "EDIT"), but not deleted (not yet available)

4 - Enroll fighter

You should now have a list containing the fighters you whish to enroll in a competition. 
This can be done by clicking "Club fighters" on the administrative menu on the left side of the page. 
A table should appear, and for each fighter on the column "ENROLL FIGHTER" you can click the link "ENROLL". 
This link will lead you to a dropdown selection, on which you can select the competition you wish to enroll the fighter in. 
After you selected the competition, click "NEXT" and select the category. Then you have to confirm the enrollment and that is all.
